Q: Hey, my friend and I will probably take this tour. If we would arrive at 10 or 11 am, would we be able to check in the hotel as soon as we get there? and you said that the skywalk (grand canyon) is optional. Does it mean if we would like to do it, we have to pay extra? If yes, how much? Thank you.

Your tour guide will provide pick up from the airport for this tour then will take you to the first night hotel, and assist you with the check-in if needed.
Skywalk is an optional tour, meaning you can pay the admission of the skywalk to the tour guide if you would like to go on it. The fee for sklywalk is $32.00/person. Q: Hi, I am interested in this 7 day package and have several questions. 1) The tour departs every Tue and Sat. If my flight were to arrive on a Wed, is it possible to have the free airport pick up and the 1 night accomodation(ie Day 1) arranged on a Wed, and then day 2 on the Sat of the same week ? Assuming that I would have to find my own lodging for Thurs and Friday night. 2) What is the travel time and how far is is Hilton LA airport hotel from the proposed Holiday Inn La Mirada or Howard Johnson Hotel for Day 1 ? 3) For Day 6 of the trip, which is to visit Grand Canyon national park. Would it be possible to also arrange an add on of the north canyon helicopter tour , which is also available from yr website? Thanks View answers (1) A: |

We can arrange an early pickup out of LAX for you for an additional $30.00 only if you book the extensions with the transfer albeit for 1 night only. You can then start the tour on Saturday, but you would have to arrange your own transportation to get to the hotel booked for the first night of the tour. In your case, we recommend you book the pre tour extensions for the 3 nights at an additional $78.00 per room per night only (single/ double occupancy) The LAX are is usually about a 30-40 minute drive from the hotels booked for the first night of the tour. Please note that the order of the tour itinerary may change from what is shown on the website, and any optional tours should be scheduled with the tour guide directly.

Rate per room per night is at $130.00 for a single/ double, $155.00 for triple and $175.00 for a quad.

There may not be enough time to take a Helicopter or Boat tour at the Grand Canyon, but you can check with the guide on the day you go out to the Canyon to see if this can be arranged for you.

The tour starts early in the morning. If you are flying into LAX from New York, you are gaining about 3 hours. We suggest you either arrive 1 day earlier and book a hotel extension or pick a tour with an airport transfer service.
